Delden Garage Doors of St. Louis Announces Relocation to New Facility & Career Opportunity

St. Louis, MO - January 15, 2026: Delden Garage Doors of St. Louis is pleased to announce the relocation of its operations from 406 St. Louis Ave., Valley Park MO 63088 to a new, expanded facility located at 900 Biltmore Dr., Fenton MO 63026. The company anticipates assuming full operations at the new location in late February or early March.

The new warehouse, situated just off Highway 30 in Fenton's Sun Valley Industrial Park, spans approximately 40,000 square feet. This move represents a significant milestone for Delden Garage Doors of St. Louis, providing increased space, improved logistics, and enhanced capacity to better serve residential and commercial customers throughout the region.

“Our new facility allows us to support continued growth, streamline operations, and maintain the high level of service our customers expect,” stated St. Louis branch manager, Caleb Haynes. “The location and size of this warehouse positions us well for the future,” added Haynes.

Along with the relocation, Delden Garage Doors of St. Louis is also beginning a branch management transition. The current branch manager, Caleb Haynes, will be relocating and, prior to departure, will be involved in the process of interviewing and selecting a new Branch Manager to lead day-to-day business operations at the Fenton facility. This role will be responsible for managing staff, operations, customer service, and overall branch performance. The company is interviewing current Delden employees as well external candidates for this management role.
